It is a research center focusing on scientific research and studies related to Madinah in various fields. It aims to contribute to presenting a renewed culture of knowledge and enhancing national belonging through an effective community partnership to serve the civilizational heritage of Madinah.

Madinah Platform is a cultural and tourist website focusing on Madinah-related content. It is supervised by Madinah Development Authority and offers services to the public wherever they are in 6 world languages.
This platform aims to introduce Madinah and its key heritage and modern landmarks through detailed information, exclusive images and video clips. It proposes well-devised programs of visits to tourist destinations tailored to suit the interests of visitors and their families.
It also focuses on introducing the Prophet&rsquo;s Mosque and its history, in addition to Quba Mosque and other historical landmarks peculiar to Madinah.
Moreover, the platform provides content on the social aspect of Madinah, presenting it within a historical and heritage framework through introducing museums, facilities, handicrafts and Madinian food.
It can be said that Madinah Platform facilitates the visitor's journey of exploring all dimensions of this great city with ease. It provides 360&deg; virtual tours of all landmarks and facilities, allowing visitors to experience the place before arriving on the scene. Each landmark is supplemented with a virtual guide providing introductory information on that landmark.
Through this platform, Madinah Development Authority seeks to enrich the visitor's experience through providing a comprehensive guide to Madinah landmarks and facilities in several world languages.
